We were founded to help you in all stages of your yoga exploration. Even if you've never stepped on a yoga mat, or consider yourself a master yogi looking to expand your practice, each private session is customized specifically to you and your goals.

Heather has been practicing yoga for 20 years, and is a certified RYT200 yoga teacher.

She has a deep love for the transformative journey yoga can provide. Her goal is to leave you feeling like the best version of yourself.
